While the lack of funding was the top problem last year, the lack of a clear strategy has emerged as this year’s No. 1 obstacle. Many companies have a voice of the customer (VoC) program in place, and nearly half have an executive in charge of their overall customer experience efforts.

Although I know we all can agree that BP is 100% responsible for providing solutions to fix this catastrophe we must all do our part to protect our own futures in light of devastating events.

I know it’s been awhile since the last time that I’ve updated this blog, and for that I’m sorry. It’s been a transitional period for me recently, but some really cool shit has happened along the way.
